It’s time to shake off the winter blues with this dynamic outdoor full body fitness class! 5 weeks of intense cardio buildup for strength and endurance plus bursts of sprints, stairs, upper/lower body and core training! You will be ready for summer!!

Women’s Restorative Retreat

Looking for the perfect getaway from the demands of everyday life? Grab a few of your best friends and enjoy 2 days of pure pampering. Arrive Friday morning for a full day at the Spa, massage and Kalla salt baths, then retreat to the lodge for a 90 minute Yoga class followed by a healthy vegetarian dinner and vegan dessert prepared by a personal chef After dinner you can decide to head back to the baths or stay in and enjoy the lodge’s private outdoor hot tub or outdoor barrel sauna. Saturday morning begins with meditation and Yoga and a light breakfast followed by more spa time and a Vegetarian Brunch before checking out of the lodge at 12 p.m. You can decide to stay and enjoy more Nordik bath time for the afternoon Saturday. This retreat will leave you restored, renewed and relaxed, ready to take on your life to the fullest.
