Click the add to cart button. After the payment process is completed, you will be redirected to the registration page where you will be asked to submit your name and email address. This will complete the registration process.

Once registered, I will email you a link to a dropbox folder where you will find a personalized Excel worksheet to record your 45-min activity (Yoga, walking, stairs, biking, weights or a combo of two things), your daily food and fluid intake.

Save the Excel worksheet back to your dropbox folder every time you record your daily progress then close dropbox.

I will be checking in on your daily progress and be giving words of encouragement, yummy recipes and tips.
