It’s time to register for my 5 week Spring Outdoor Bootcamp that runs from April 27th to May 27th 2015.

It’s time to shake off the winter blues with this dynamic outdoor full body fitness class! 5 weeks of intense cardio buildup for strength and endurance plus bursts of sprints, stairs, upper/lower body and core training! You will be ready for summer!!

When: Monday’s and Wednesday’s 6 p.m

Where: We meet on Parliament Hill in front of the centennial flame

Cost: 2 x week for $100 or 1 x week for $60
