Happy Saturday!!

This morning inspired Cold Press Juices were inspired by the sunshine, the need for a burst of energy and whatever was in my fridge :). I recently had a baby, and between long feeds and late nights, I need to refuel my body. I like to make a big batch of juices and or smoothies to have on hand whenever my energy is low. I used a Vitamix then seep the juice through a nut back before I begin to press it through. I like my juices served cold so I put in the freezer for 15 minutes and drink, restore in refrigerator.

Cold Pressed Juice Recipe

Orange Crush:

  • Cantaloup
  • Mango
  • 3 Carrots
  • Banana
  • Ginger
  • Green Apple

 

Green Plus:

  • Celery
  • Cucumber
  • Kale
  • Green Apple
  • Lemon
  • Ginger
  • shot of Chlorella
