Sessions: 5 week session Thursdays March 22nd-April 19th 5:30 p.m-6:30 p.m; and 9 week Saturday mornings, March 17th-April 14th 8:30 a.m-9:30 a.m

Join Andrea Thursday July 20th 5:30-6:45 p.m as she works you both physically and mentally through a full body workout Downtown. We will be climbing stairs, sprinting hills, sitting in wall squats, pairing up for group strength drills, sculpting our core while keeping us smiling!!
