Black Bean Brownies:

 – 1 can rinsed and drained black beansIMG_0391

– 1 banana

– 2-3 tbsp peanutbutter

– 2-3 tbsp cacao powder

– A pinch of salt

– 2 tbsp coconut oil

– 1 tsp baking powder

– 1 1/2 tsp vanilla

– 1 egg

  • They’re not very sweet so for a more sweet taste you can add half a cup coconut flour or maple syrup
  • Add a little almond milk or water if the dough is too rough

 1. Blend everything together.

2. Put dough in a baking tin and top with walnuts, cacao nibs, coconut or just what you feel like

3. Bake at 180°C for 25-20 min until the top dires out and it comes away from the side of the pan

4. Store in fridge and ENJOY!
