Animar Retreat - Costa Rica

During the last week of April (21-28 Apr 2012), I will again join Animar to lead Yoga classes and the (optional) boot camp as part of a one week retreat at Finca de Vida - Farm of Life in Cost Rica.

Animar is a spanish word meaning “to enliven”. This captured the essence of this week-long retreat in paradise-energizing the body, mind, and soul. The retreat includes daily yoga, massage therapy, surfing lessons, healthy meals, jungle treks, morning boot camp classes and plenty of time for relaxation in the sun.

This will be our 4rd Animar Retreat and based the feedback from our previous retreats (Apr 2009, May 2011, Dec 2011), the available spots should fill up quickly.
